Cancellation Policy

At Arktos Yachts, we strive to provide an exceptional maritime experience. We understand that plans may change; therefore, the following terms apply to all bookings:

1. Cancellation by the Guest

More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund (any bank transfer fees or credit card processing fees are non-refundable).
Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.
Less than 24 hours or No-Show: 0% refund.

2. Cancellations due to Force Majeure

In the event of adverse weather conditions (as defined by the Port Authority or at the Captain’s discretion for safety reasons),mechanical failure, technical issue or any other unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will attempt to reschedule the cruise for another available date/time.If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be issued to the guest.

3. Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling are accepted up to 12 hours before departure, subject to yacht availability.if there is no availability, any fees incurred would follow the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
